Ravindra Telang, born on 12 July 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1995 batch, belonging to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.Tech. degree. Currently serving as the Chief Secretary of Sikkim since 31 December 2025, Mr. Telang has held various key positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Commissioner, Secretary, and Development Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his ongoing service, he has contributed to the administration of Sikkim in multiple capacities.
