Ravindra Telang, born on 12 July 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.E. and an M.Tech. degree. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Commissioner, Secretary, and Development Officer. Currently, he is the Chief Secretary of Sikkim, a position he has held since 31 December 2025. Fluent in English and Hindi, Ravindra Telang continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
