Ravindra Pratap Singh, an IAS officer of the 2007 Odisha cadre, was born on March 8, 1977. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Delhi University and has completed certificate courses in French and Human Rights from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as the Chief Vigilance Officer at the Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) in Delhi since September 15, 2025. His past roles include Joint Secretary, Director, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, among others. He has received Leadership Awards for Best Administrator in Food Safety Standardization and for e-Niramaya, and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia.
