Ravindra Laxman Binwade, born on 22 August 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Throughout his career, he has served as Additional Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant Collector. Currently, he is the Inspector General at Pune, Registration and Controller of Stamp department, effective from 1 January 2025. Fluent in English and Marathi, Ravindra Binwade continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
