Dr. Ravindra Kumar Pastor, born on March 8, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Phil., postgraduate degree, and Ph.D. in Geography. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Mission Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Additional Director. His most recent position was Commissioner at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, from December 29, 2015, to March 31, 2017. Dr. Pastor’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Madhya Pradesh government, culminating in his leadership at the Division Ujjain department.
