Ravindra Kumar Mander, born on 27 December 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Prayagraj since 14 September 2024. His previous roles include Municipal Commissioner, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. He has been honored with the PM Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2022 for the Sanvardhan Vocal for Local initiative, the Jal Prahari Samman 2023, and the Annual State Award for Best Electoral Practices 2022. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
