Ravindra Kumar, born on October 13, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Secretary in the Urban Development Department of Uttar Pradesh since January 2, 2026. Prior to this, he served as Staff Officer and Special Secretary to the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh. He continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state.
