Ravindra Goswami, born on November 2, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 Rajasthan cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Rajasthan University of Health Science and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department, Rajasthan. His previous roles include Joint Secretary to Government, SDO/SDM, Assistant Secretary, and Collector & District Magistrate. He was awarded the Ku. Aroti Mukherjee Memorial Gold Medal for securing the highest marks in Public Administration during the IAS Professional Course Phase-I. Ravindra Goswami is presently in service.
