Ravinder Singh, born on 30 September 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Labour Department since 6 December 2024, Singh has previously held the position of Director. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework within his cadre.
