Ravinder Kumar, born on 12 January 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Botany from MD University Rohtak and a B.Ed. in Physics from C D L University Sirsa. Currently, he is the PS to Minister at the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, New Delhi, since 12 August 2024. His past roles include Deputy Secretary, Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Managing Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and SDM. He has received the Prime Minister Award for Building of Efficient Greenhouse. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
