Ravinath Raman, born on 29 November 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch from the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.E. from BITS Pilani, an LL.B. from Amravati University, and a PG Diploma from C-DAC Pune. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the School Education Department since 19 April 2022.
