Ravinath Raman, born on 29 November 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch from the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.E. from BITS Pilani, an LL.B. from Amravati University, and a PG Diploma from C-DAC Pune. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the School Education Department since 19 April 2022. His extensive career includes roles such as Secretary to Government, Divisional Commissioner, Secretary to Governor, Additional Secretary, Director General, Managing Director, Project Director, Mission Director, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer.
