Ravi Ranjan Kumar Vikram, born on 22 June 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Labor Commissioner and Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the Divisional Commissioner at Kolhan Division, Chaibasa, Jharkhand, a position he has held since 11 February 2026. Mr. Vikram continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
