Ravi Prakash Meena, born on 12 October 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Mass Education Extension Department of West Bengal since 23 March 2026. His previous roles include Joint Secretary, District Magistrate, and Additional District Magistrate. Mr. Meena continues to contribute to the administration of West Bengal in his ongoing service.
