Ravi Prakash Gupta, born on 30 December 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the Secretary at Haryana in the Urban Estate Department since 26 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Commissioner and Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana.
