Ravi Mittal, born on June 13, 1993, is an IAS officer of the 2016 batch from the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, New Delhi, a position he has held since March 19, 2026. His previous roles include Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister and Commissioner. Ravi Mittal is currently in service.
