Ravi Mital, born on 13 September 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Phil. in Environmental Science. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Adviser, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Inspector General, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Secretary of the Sports and Youth Affairs Department from 26 April 2020 to 30 September 2021.
