Ravi Kumar, born on July 14, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department of West Bengal. Previously, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Ravi Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
