Ravi Kumar, born on 14 July 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department, West Bengal. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
