Ravi Kumar, born on June 7, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Hooghly, Arambagh department, a position he has held since March 30, 2026. Prior to this, he has also served as an SDO. Ravi Kumar continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his designated cadre and department.
