Ravi Dhawan, an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from the A G M U T cadre, was born on August 29, 1987. He holds a B.Com Honours in Accountancy from the University of Delhi. Currently, he serves as Director at the Ministry of Power, New Delhi, a position he has held since August 11, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Managing Director, Special Secretary, Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Joint Secretary to Government, OSD to Chief Secretary, and Additional Deputy Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
