Ravi Bhushan, born on March 27, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Physics. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar, a position he has held since May 13, 2023. He is associated with the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Ravi Bhushan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
