Ravi Bhagat, an IAS officer of the 2006 batch from the Punjab cadre, was born on 08/02/1977. He holds a B.A. from GNDU Amritsar, M.A. from JNU New Delhi, and M.Sc. from King's College London. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he currently serves as the Special Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister at the CM office.
