Ravi Anand, born on 24 April 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Personnel- Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha Department, Jharkhand, a position he assumed on 12 August 2024. Prior to this, he held the post of Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Jharkhand.
