Ravi Agarwal, born on 18 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Joint Secretary in the Home and Hill Affairs Department of West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 October 2025. Prior to this, he worked as an Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
