Raveesh Gupta, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was born on January 7, 1986. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, and an MBA in Management & Systems from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Head at PVVNL, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, since October 28, 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and D.M. & Collector. He has received an award for commendable work in revenue administration. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
