Raval Hamendra Kumar, born on 18 August 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Tripura cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Kota. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the School Education Department, Tripura. His previous roles include Special Secretary to the Government of Tripura, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Executive Officer. Proficient in English and Hindi, Raval Hamendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
