Rasid Ahmad Khan, born on March 10, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Joint Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at Patna, Bihar, in the Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities Department from October 14, 2006, to March 31, 2008. Throughout his career, Khan contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
