Rashmita Panda, born on 23 July 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department, Odisha, a position she assumed on 12 February 2026. Her previous roles include Vice Chairman, Director, Employment-cum-CEO, Director & CEO, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, and Sub Collector. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya and continues to serve in the IAS.
