Rashmi Singh, an IAS officer of the 2007 AGMUT cadre, currently serves as Commissioner & Secretary at Jammu & Kashmir since January 1, 2024. Born on January 2, 1967, she holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Public Administration. Her extensive career includes roles such as Commissioner, Administrative Secretary, Principal Resident Commissioner, and Director. She is associated with the Hospitality and Protocol Department at the Resident Commission.
