Rashmi Singh, an IAS officer of the 2007 AGMUT cadre, currently serves as Commissioner & Secretary at Jammu & Kashmir since January 1, 2024. Her extensive career includes roles such as Commissioner, Administrative Secretary, Principal Resident Commissioner, and Director. She is associated with the Hospitality and Protocol Department at the Resident Commission. Singh has received multiple awards, including the SKOCH Award for GST implementation in Jammu and Kashmir, the Distinguished Alumni Award, Distinguished Leadership Award for Internationals, Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Award, and a Silver Award from CAPAM for Stree Shakti.
