Rashmi Shukla Sharma, born on 25 October 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics, a postgraduate degree in Psychology, and a certificate from Alliance Française de French. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Project Director, Expert Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Additional Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Her most recent position was Additional Secretary at Madhya Pradesh’s Department of Panchayati Raj from 26 December 2014 to 14 May 2016.
