Rashmi Kamal, born on July 1, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Patna University and a postgraduate qualification from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Director at West Bengal in the Department of Census Operations and Citizen Registration since December 31, 2025. Rashmi has previously held the position of Secretary. She is proficient in Bengali, English, and Hindi. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
