Ranbir Singh, born on June 1, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including Vice Chairperson, Additional Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent appointment was as District Collector and Magistrate of Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, serving from July 1, 1995, to May 31, 1997. Singh's tenure in the IAS reflects his extensive experience in administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
