Rana Awdhesh Kumar, born on May 8, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Under Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Director, and District Magistrate.
