Ramya R, born on July 10, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary at Lucknow since January 3, 2025. Ramya is part of the Forest-Environment and Climate Change Department under the UP Clean Air Management Project Authority. Prior to this, she held the position of Assistant Secretary. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to her department's initiatives.
