Ramunni Menon Premkumar, born on 16 August 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1968 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and History, as well as a postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Chairman, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, CEO, Director, District Collector, Administrator, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent designation was Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra. Premkumar's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government.
