Ramshobit Paswan, born on June 20, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Additional Secretary, and Under Secretary. His most recent position was Transport Commissioner in the Transport Department, from September 26, 2008, to June 30, 2009.
