Rampada Biswas, born on 26 November 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent position was Secretary of the Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department, West Bengal, from 3 December 2012 to 30 November 2013. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administration of the state government until his retirement.
