Joint Secretary, Land Revenue Department- Director of Census Operations
Ramjit Singh, born on January 9, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, and Joint Secretary. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary from June 1, 1992, to January 1, 1995. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to administrative functions within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
