Raminder Singh, born on March 12, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science and a graduate degree in Agriculture. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Additional Chief Electoral Officer of Punjab from August 14, 2013, to March 31, 2015. His extensive administrative experience spans roles such as Deputy Secretary, Additional Registrar, Administrator, and Additional Secretary, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive service record within the Punjab cadre.
