Ramgopal Kolli, born on June 13, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Plant Pathology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Executive Director, Director, Special Officer, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from May 21, 2018, to June 30, 2021.
