Ramesh Mishra, born on July 20, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department. His most recent designation was Special Secretary at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from January 1, 2018, to July 31, 2018. Prior to this, he held the position of Special Secretary Director. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government until his retirement.
