Ramesh M Ubale, born on 15 June 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an LL.M. and LL.B. in Law and a graduate degree in History from Mumbai University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner, Managing Director, Secretary, Regional Development Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Additional Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, and CEO. His most recent designation was Principal Secretary at Maharashtra in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment. Mr. Ubale’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government.
