Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu, an IAS officer of the 1997 batch from the Uttarakhand cadre, was born on 07/03/1970. He holds a B.A. from Patna University, M.Sc. from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, and M.I.D.P. from Duke University. Fluent in English and Hindi, he currently serves as the Principal Secretary at the Urban Development Department.
