Ramesh Kumar Nimmagadda, born on March 8, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an LL.B. in Law, a B.A. in History, and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub Collector, Joint Collector, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Executive Officer, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary to the Governor, commencing on March 17, 2009. Mr. Nimmagadda's extensive administrative experience spans multiple senior roles within the Andhra Pradesh government.
