Ramesh Kumar Khanna, born on 25 November 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Chemistry and Law. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, Secretary, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Maritime Board from 14 December 2012 to 30 November 2014. Throughout his service, he held multiple leadership roles across departments, culminating in his tenure as Principal Secretary and Commissioner before retirement.
