Ramesh Chand Pathak, born on 15 June 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.A. in Arts. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Registrar, District Magistrate, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Registrar in the Department of Co-Operative Societies, from 6 January 2012 to 30 June 2013.
