Ramesh Chand Meena, born on September 1, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Ports and Transport Department, Gujarat since August 11, 2025, Meena has held various key positions including Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Chairman and Managing Director, Secretary to Governor, District Collector, and Joint Secretary. His extensive administrative experience spans roles such as Controller, Director, Managing Director, and Assistant Collector. He continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
