Ramesh C Sahay, born on 15 May 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Revenue Department, holding office from 1 June 2000 to 31 May 2001. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Bihar until his retirement.
