Ramdhan Lal Meena, born on June 9, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English literature, an M.A. in Geography from Rajasthan University Jaipur, and an MBA in Globalization and Urban Development from the University of Oxford. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, Principal Secretary, and Secretary at Gandhinagar, Gujarat from November 2006 to June 2009. He was also associated with the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles in Gujarat.
