Ramdhan Lal Meena, born on June 9, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English literature, an M.A. in Geography from Rajasthan University Jaipur, and an MBA in Globalization and Urban Development from the University of Oxford. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Resident Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector, District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, and Project Administrator. His most recent designation was Secretary at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from November 8, 2006, to June 30, 2009. He was associated with the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission.
