Rambir, born on 15 July 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. from Delhi University and an M.A. and M.Phil. from JNU New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Administrative Secretary in the Department of Information and Public Relations, Punjab, since 9 February 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Joint Managing Director, Secretary, Managing Director, Director General, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner, ADC, and Divisional Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
