Ramandeep Chowdhary, born on 13 September 1980, is an IAS officer of the 2008 Karnataka cadre. He currently serves as Director at the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) in New Delhi. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi, an M.E. from Pennsylvania State University, USA, and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary to Government, Deputy Secretary, PS to Minister of State, Additional Commissioner, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, CEO, Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Secretary. He is proficient in English, Punjabi, and Kannada.
