Ramanand Shukla, born on 30 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Hindi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, OSD to Minister, Director, Executive Director, and Administrator. His most recent position was Secretary at Madhya Pradesh from 31 January 2006 to 31 July 2007. Post-retirement, he was associated with the Lokayukt M.P. department.
